It’s going to be a hot one folks! The morning news has warned the Seattle area of tempratures reaching the 90s this week, which is of course, very unusual for the Northwest. When are we going to get this global warming thing under control?
I’m using my recyclable dryer sheets as quickly as I can, but still the tempratures are climing higher and higher every year.
Hopefully Madonna can do something to stop the heat.
In other news the new Boeing 787 Jet was unveiled today on July 8th, 2007 …. get it…. 7-8-07 …. 787. It took me a while to make the connection. In addition to lower cabin pressure (or is it higher to make it lower?) and nifty new LED lighting the windows will be huge! You should check out the specs that the Seattle PI reported.
And still in other news I’m happy to report that hubby is back in Lynnwood safe and sound. The weekend went by way too fast of course. On Saturday I went down to Tacoma to enjoy the feast at a friend’s Mom’s house, ah… the annual BBQ, there were a lot of people there and the watermellon was delish! That night I picked hubby up from the airport and we worked around the house and watched all of the videos he created for the camp. Sunday morning’s attempt to get up early for more painting was again thwarted by the soft sheets and pillows. We did get up in time to have lunch and see the Transformers movie with a friend. After the movie I finished the second coat of primer and later that night some of the usual crew came over for a BBQ dinner – mmmmm cheesy dogs!
Now it’s back to work and a busy week. First up, painting COLOR in the bathroom. I can’t wait!
