For those that are keeping up with Mac and Apple products there’s a new version of iLife out.
What this means for our household is we now have an upgraded killer way to create movies, store our pictures and pretend like we’re rock stars in the Garage Band program.
Even though I went through a three hour process of elation and devastation last night which ended in hubby reminding me to not get mad at the laptop, to remember it’s my friend, I am starting a new day in anticipation of spending more time with the programs as soon as I can get home. I’m finding these upgrades will be awesome as I am uploading new pictures into the new version of iPhoto. The pain right now is “upgrading”my current photo library. Adding keywords to 1200 pictures doesn’t seem that beneficial to me now, but I know it will be awesome once I’ve gone through the process.
It’s a good day though. I’m in a PhotoShop training class all day to keep my brain busy with other new and exciting information.
All in all, the Mac has once again proven itself as being the way to go for “life programs” -creating photo albums, scrapbooking, making movies and working with music files.
